All orders take between 3-5 days to process. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for your convenience. In order to serve our customers with the best shipping rates and times, we use the best techniques and technology we can for pre-sale shipping calculations. However, due to the large number of variables with product weights, product sizes, shipping cartons, shipping zones and carrier calculations there are some instances where the carrier (USPS, UPS or DHL) will be changed from the original carrier chosen on the order to another shipping provider in order to lower our costs. We aim to keep shipping costs down so that we may pass along the savings to our customers.
Yes, we offer international shipping. Rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
